We have four (4) second hand 28m3 ISO tankers available.
Technical Description:
Pressure Vessel - the volume of the vessel is approx 28 cubic meters and it is designed and manufactured in accordance with AS/NZ1210 from pressure vessel quality carbon steel. The design of the vessel is 175kPa.
The vessel is hydrotested to 1.5 times the working pressure.
Hatches – the vessel is fitted with 5 heavy duty cloth type aeration pads. The internal shedder plate angle is 45 degrees. The pads feature external access for maintenance.
Frames – the vessel is fitted with RHS bottom frames with standard ISO twistlock corner castings for top & bottom lifting. The vessel forms part of the supporting structure.
The Design has been tested and approved for use with rail to AS4615.1 – Series R freight containers. ISO containers must have this certification for use in Australisia.
Walkway – Access via ladders mounted on each end and top walkway fitted with kick rails on each side.
Pipework – 4” discharge pipe terminating with 4” Alu camlock at one end of the container. SureSeal stainless steel butterfly valves are fitted.
3” airline terminating at one end with a 3” camlock.
An air dump silencer is fitted.
Pressure Gauge – An oil filled gauge is fitted to the vessel and placed in easy view of the operator.
Relief Valve – A SureSeal high lift relief valve is fitted and includes a manual relief.
External Pain System – Sandblast finish with one coat of 2 pack high build anti corrosive undercoat and one coat of highly weather resistant 2 pack polyurethane enamel.
Internal Pain System – Sandblast finish and treated with an epoxy lining to a food grade finish.
